Welcome to this new 'talk about anything' (well, almost anything) thread. There is no special requirements to check in here... I just came to realize that this website gets a lot visitors but not so many people stop and say hello, I thought I'd try to fix that by making place to do just that... enjoy.

I have been playing online games like Evony for quite sometime now and I would like to know how to go about developing a game of my own - online MMORTS - as a proper business, i know people spend hundred of dollars on such games and would like to who can help, what tools can help and if i need to learn anything, what do I need to learn?

Do a google search on making games to get more, there is a ton of info out there and many warnings about the pitfalls of making games. Tom Sloper has put together a good synapsis of info on breaking into the industry and making games... try his games 101 webpage at sloperama.com/advice.html
